Rent Our Space
The Raven Theatre Complex houses two proscenium stages – the 85 to 130-seat Johnson Stage and the 56-seat Schwartz Stage – as well as a lobby and parking lot! Raven’s spaces are ideal for performances of all kinds, as well as special events, concerts, meetings, readings, workshops, and auditions.
All rentals include access to the space and light & sound equipment, use of the parking lot and lobby during shows, full Box Office and Front of House coverage (including Ushers and Concessions), as well as limited inclusion of provided materials in our website, social media, e-blast, and lobby window. Please note our ticketing platform, AudienceView, has a $3 convenience fee per transaction if your event involves paid tickets.
Rentals do not include special equipment (projectors, props, costumes, etc.), Light, sound & stage technicians, or paid advertising.
Our spaces are available for long and short-term productions, one-night events, and daytime events.Rates for the Johnson Stage and Schwartz Stage are displayed in the table below. If you are interested in renting only the Lobby or Parking Lot, please indicate so in your inquiry.

PARKING LOT
The lot is 6755 square feet and includes one single-use bathroom and exterior outlets. Our standard rate for the lot is $75/hr, but any special requests or additions can be discussed individually.
Johnson Stage
Raven’s Johnson Stage is a purpose-built proscenium, which includes a dressing room, enclosed booth, pipe grid, full lighting/sound inventory and control, as well as the support and amenities of Raven Theatre. The Johnson Stage accommodates a wide range of audience sizes, from 85 permanent seats up to 130 with added chairs. Raven’s Mainstage Shows and Summer Camp often occupy the Johnson Stage, which makes its availability very limited.
Schwartz Stage
Raven’s Schwartz Stage is a 56-seat purpose-built proscenium, which includes a dressing room, enclosed booth, pipe grid, full lighting/sound inventory and control, as well as the support and amenities of Raven Theatre. Nearly all rentals and visiting companies are hosted within the Schwartz Stage, as it is often more available.

CONTRACTS, DEPOSITS, & FEES
A deposit will be required upon the completion of a rental contract. A small management fee will be taken from ticket revenue to cover Front of House & Facility services. The amounts may vary based on your event and needs.
