In 1979 a Black woman in her forties takes a job in Mr. Kim’s Korean-owned beauty supply store and discovers her true calling.

Babes in Ho-lland

During a sunless winter in 1996, two young Black women transform a dorm room into their sanctuary on a predominantly white university campus.

Driftless

In the not-too-distant future, the white female-dominated Strong family grapples with their shifting identity during the final decline of family farming.
